QQBet Terms and Conditions – Rules & Player Agreement Pakistan

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all players who register for, access, or use the QQBet platform at qqbet-jit.com ("QQBet", "we", "us", "the platform"). QQBet is an online sports betting and gaming platform. By registering an account on QQBet or by placing any bet, making any deposit, or using any game or feature on the platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms unconditionally.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player", "you") and QQBet. We encourage you to read them carefully. They are written in plain English and cover everything from how your account works to how bets are settled, how bonuses are awarded, and what happens if your account is flagged for suspicious behaviour.

QQBet may update these Terms at any time. When we do, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use of QQBet after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically if you are an active player.

To register and use QQBet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or automated system).
• You must not be residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law in a way that prevents you from legally participating.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order, either from QQBet or any other licensed gambling platform.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration — including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and CNIC number.

QQBet reserves the right to request verification documents at any time. This includes a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) QQBet account. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your QQBet login credentials — your username and password. QQBet will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or phone. If anyone claiming to be from QQBet asks for your password, do not share it and report the incident to our support team immediately.

Any bet placed, deposit made, or withdrawal requested from your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact QQBet support immediately via live chat or email. We will take prompt action to investigate and, where appropriate, secure or freeze the account.

QQBet recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account where available. Using a strong, unique password and not sharing your account details with anyone — including family members — significantly reduces your risk of unauthorised access.

All transactions on QQBet are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay
• SadaPay
• IBFT (Interbank Funds Transfer)
• Visa / Mastercard debit and credit cards

Minimum deposit: Rs 200. There is no upper limit on deposits, subject to verification requirements for large amounts.
Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500. Withdrawals below this amount are not processed.
Withdrawal processing time: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers and card withdrawals may take up to one business day.

QQBet does not charge any internal fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with Easypaisa, JazzCash, or your bank directly.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into your QQBet account, or to a verified method in your name. QQBet will not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This is an anti-money laundering requirement and is non-negotiable.

QQBet reserves the right to reverse any deposit or withdraw funds from your account if it is determined that the original deposit was made fraudulently, using a stolen payment method, or by a third party.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on QQBet:

• Bets are accepted and confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds cannot be changed retrospectively.
• Minimum single bet: Rs 200. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed at the time of placement.
• QQBet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, without providing a reason.
• Bets placed after an event has started (live/in-play bets) are subject to the odds at the time the bet is confirmed by our system. Bets placed after the result of an event is determined will be voided.
• In the event of a postponed or abandoned match or event, QQBet's settlement rules for that specific sport and market apply. For cricket, a match abandoned due to rain before a result is possible will generally be settled as void. Detailed rules for each sport are available in the QQBet Help Centre.
• Where a technical error in odds setting is identified — for example, an obviously incorrect price such as 50.00 on a clear favourite — QQBet reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds and refund stakes. This applies whether the error is human or automated.

Accumulator (parlay) bets on QQBet follow the same individual market rules. If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the accumulator is recalculated as if that leg was not included (the odds are recalculated with the remaining selections).

All casino games on QQBet — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and virtual sports — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certification is performed by independent third-party testing laboratories. Results are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by QQBet or by players.

Live casino games are hosted by third-party game providers. The rules displayed within each live game apply. Where there is a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules take precedence for that specific game.

Crash games — including Aviator — operate on provably fair mechanics that can be independently verified. QQBet does not manipulate crash multipliers. Historical crash records are available for players to review at any time.

QQBet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include but are not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to major cricket events like the PSL and Pakistan internationals.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms attached to the individual promotion. These terms include — but are not limited to:

• Wagering requirements: The number of times a bonus must be wagered before it can be withdrawn. For example, a 10× wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal.
• Minimum odds: Some bonuses require bets to be placed at odds of 1.50 or higher to count towards wagering requirements.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire if not claimed or the wagering requirements are not met within the stated time window.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the specific promotion terms.

QQBet reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who are found to be abusing bonuses — including opening multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional errors — will have bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts suspended.

The QQBet Refer a Friend programme allows existing players to earn PKR bonuses by referring new players to the platform. The programme is governed by the following rules in addition to these general Terms:

• Each referral must result in a genuinely new, unique QQBet account — registered through the referring player's unique referral link.
• The referred player must make a minimum first deposit of Rs 1,000 and place at least one qualifying bet of Rs 500 or more for the referral to qualify.
• Referring your own accounts, or coordinating referrals between connected accounts, constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all referral bonuses and suspension of all involved accounts.
• QQBet reserves the right to modify referral bonus amounts and tier structures at any time. Players who have already earned a referral bonus at a given rate will not be retroactively affected by future changes.
• Referral bonuses are credited as real cash with no separate wagering requirement attached specifically to the referral amount.

QQBet is committed to responsible gaming. Gambling is entertainment — it should never be treated as a way to earn a living or to solve financial problems. If you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, QQBet provides the following tools directly from your account settings:

• Deposit limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you deposit into your QQBet account.
• Session time alerts — Receive a notification when you've been logged in and active for a set period.
• Self-exclusion — Temporarily or permanently block yourself from accessing QQBet. Exclusions take effect immediately. During an exclusion period, QQBet will not market to you or communicate with you for promotional purposes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on QQBet and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with QQBet in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, odds errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate bet outcomes or game results.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person without their knowledge or consent.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to deposit on QQBet (money laundering).
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Verbal abuse, threats, or harassment directed at QQBet staff or other players.
• Any attempt to interfere with, hack, or disrupt QQBet's systems or data.

QQBet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
• Detection of underage gambling.
• At the player's own written request (voluntary closure).

If an account is suspended pending an investigation, any funds in the account will be held until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a policy violation, the funds may be forfeited in whole or in part. If no violation is found, the funds will be released and the account restored or the balance refunded.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their QQBet account should contact support via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance at closure will be refunded to the player's verified payment method.

All content on QQBet — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and design elements — is the exclusive property of QQBet or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the QQBet platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any part of the QQBet platform in any form or by any means without the express prior written consent of QQBet. Any unauthorised use of QQBet's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

QQBet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime, internet disruption, or third-party system failures, provided we have taken reasonable steps to maintain platform availability. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which QQBet is licensed. In the event of a dispute between you and QQBet that cannot be resolved through our customer support process, you agree to seek resolution through the dispute resolution mechanism provided by QQBet's licensing authority before pursuing any other legal remedy.

QQBet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material — such as changes to payout policies, bonus terms, or account closure procedures — QQBet will notify active players via email or in-platform notification with at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.
